I have made character sheets for D12 & Delve. They are Anticapitalist Druid, Sword Punk, The Moonlighter and Rebel Mage.

Each character has x hit dice and y proficiencies, where x and y add up to 5. Their roll their hit dice and add the numbers together, and it is their max health. They also have one or two items relating to their proficiencies.

I will probably add the above character creation rules to the documents at some point.
